The VC0824K001L coin vibration motor uses helical spring contacts and are designed to mate with corresponding contacts pads on the PCB. The motor has double stick tape on one side that can be used to secure it to the products housing. A hole can be cut in the PCB, allowing it to be situated in the middle of the board. Since reflow solderable SMD versions of this part are not yet available, a coin vibration motor like this can be used to streamline the assembly process by eliminating the need for soldering wires. Do not solder wires to the springs.
