At a height of only 2.9 mm, the VZ3TH8B171700L has the lowest profile of any spring type vibration motor available today. It is based on our core type motor technology that has a proven track record of reliability. The rubber gasket also helps suppress unwanted mechanical noise. Please note that drawing shows springs in their fully compressed state which is NOT recommended and the will cause interference between the PCB and rotating counterweight. See table in drawing that shows spring compression force versus spring height. Alternately, a cut out may be made in the PCB to avoid any possibility of interference.
