Our VW0934AB007G Brushless BLDC coin vibration motor produces 1.4 Grms (avg) and is the highest of any BLDC coin motor we currently manufacture. This wireless contact configuration is favored by engineers for its simplicity and its ease of assembly during mass production. The motors contact pads are designed to mate with PCB mounted Pogo Pins or Spring Contacts. If you need wire leads, you can solder wires to these contact pads, however the wire must be thin and flexible (UL3302 AWG 32 /34) else the adhesive holding the FPC to the metal base may separate and the FPC lift upward. Rated for 1,000,00 cycles(min) this BLDC vibration motor is an excellent choice for applications that have a high duty cycle as well as devices that require a very low MTBF. A driver IC is integrated within the body of this coin motor which allows it to be powered by DC voltage. Voltage polarity must be observed or you will damage the driver IC. This device operates on DC voltage only. A PWM signal can not be used to drive BLDC motors. After sample approval the minimum order is 5,000 pcs
